How do I access my AT&T prepaid account Login? ›

To manage your AT&T PREPAID account from your device or computer browser, go to paygonline.com. 2. Enter your AT&T PREPAID wireless number and 4-digit password, then select Login. Note: The user name is your 10-digit wireless number, and the initial password is set to the Last digits of your wireless number.

If you do not remember your AT&T online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.

FYI: You must make a payment within 60 days of your AT&T Prepaid account balance expiration date. If you don't, your account will be canceled and you'll lose your phone number. The best way to keep your account active is to sign up for AutoPay.

Easiest answer is to call the carrier and tell them what you want to do. They will take your credit card number and credit the other person's account. Slightly harder, but still doable is you get the carrier application that lets you pay bills and enter all the right stuff.

You may have created your four-digit passcode when you ordered AT&T service or you may have created it later. Both the Primary ID Member and Sub Account Members may have four-digit passcodes. The four-digit passcode allows the Primary ID Member to change services by phone or request Technical Support by phone.

The wireless account security passcode is different from the password you use to sign in. Your passcode is 4-8 characters and may be all numbers. Every wireless account has a passcode, designed to increase the security of the account. Your password is used to sign in to myAT&T with your AT&T Access ID.

While a postpaid plan may come with a contract, prepaid plans normally come with zero contract. In fact, instead of paying for your service on the same date every month, you will pay for your service in advance before use. Prepaid is also known as “pay as you go” – you pay for what you need and not a penny more.

Find the two-digit plan code on your phone package. Call 877.426. 0525 and after you hear the current list of plans, say Plan code. Provide the two-digit plan code and service ZIP Code to activate.

The easiest way to check current usage is to dial *777# from your AT&T Prepaid^® phone. We'll text your account and data balances, and other details, like package info.
